Fluidic automation, the practice of programmatically manipulating small fluids to execute laboratory protocols, has led vastly increased productivity for biologists and chemists. Most fluidic programs, commonly referred as are written using APIs that couple protocol specific hardware by referring physical locations on device. This coupling makes isolation impossible, preventing portability, concurrent execution, composition protocols same We propose a system virtualizing existing top single runtime without modification. Our presents an isolated view device each running protocol, allowing it assume sole access hardware. provide proof-of-concept implementation can concurrently compose popular Opentrons Python API. Concurrent execution achieves near-linear speedup over serial since spend much their time waiting.
